The definition of tiredness is ‘the state of wishing for rest or sleep’, or in other words ‘weariness’.

Low oestrogen or progesterone levels may cause tiredness.

You should plan to have at least 7 hours of sleep every day if you are between 18 and 60 years old for optimal health.

To improve tiredness it is important to have a good diet. Eating every three to four hours can help reduce sugar cravings and prevent blood sugar crashes that can make you feel more tired.

Even though you may not feel like doing exercise if you feel tired, you may feel better after going for a brisk walk, going for a bike ride, or doing yoga.
